This is one of those places you must try if you are a foodie. This is the most unique dining experience in Arkansas. Amazing food preparation. The plating was stunning and the drink pairings were spot on. You are not going to find any restaurant that gives more attention to the food or to the service. Small place only seats 16-20 so the chef delivers every plate. No menu here. Just show up and let Chef Jason Paul work his magic. Dietary restrictions are no worries here either. The called and asked if anyone in my party had a special diet. If you are wanting to try this place, be sitting at your computer on their website at 11am on the 15th of the month. The reservations for the next month take minutes to fill up. To both Chef Jason Paul and Danielle, I thank you for your dedication and hard work. That was truly one the the best meals of my life. I will never forget my 50th birthday dinner.

I just want to pinch myself knowing that I got to experience the talented creations from Chef Jason Paul and Danielle. Together, they have created a beautiful space and you can feel the love in the food and the air. I don’t drink much and or that often and I had wine pairings with every course and didn’t even feel a buzz at the end!!! That’s how amazing this place is. The timing is right, and the product is clean. Love them and hope to be back soon. Xxoo

We finally got to try Heirloom at 1907 after waiting ages for a reservation, and it was totally worth it. This tiny restaurant (only 20 seats!) is a real gem. The 8-course tasting menu was incredible - every dish was expertly made with super fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. What really stood out was the attention to detail. The chef salts each component at every step, which brings out the flavors in a big way. The pork loin and their take on chips and dip were highlights for me. This isn't your average restaurant experience - it's more like a culinary adventure. The staff is top-notch, and the chef comes out to explain each dish, which is a nice touch. The open kitchen is also really cool - you get to see the chef in action. Overall, Heirloom at 1907 is a must-try for foodies. We felt lucky to have experienced it, and I'm sure you will too.

How does one describe one of the most incredible dining experiences of their life without sounding over-the-top? Let me just say all the effort, all the work, all that went into this making this evening a reality was worth EVERYTHING. The staff was as passionate about their work as any I’ve ever encountered… rightfully so. Do NOT miss an opportunity to enjoy a night at the Heirloom at The 1907

My girlfriends and I had the absolute privilege of dining at Heirloom at The 1907, and it was truly a one-of-a-kind experience. I even got to enjoy it again while traveling through Arkansas with my daughter, it felt like finding gold twice! The ambience is incredible, and you can tell the chefs pour their hearts into every detail. Danielle’s warm presence and attentiveness as front-of-house manager made each table feel special. She paired wines perfectly, even offering amazing nonalcoholic options for my daughter, who had her first truly classy dining experience at 18. Watching the chefs at work was such a joy, their rhythm and artistry are impressive and entertaining. And then there’s the food… OMG. Every dish is a delight. The flavor pairings are pure artistry, each bite a surprise that tantalizes your taste buds. Chef Jason is a true master at what he does, and he has an incredible team that only amplifies his work. The energy of the place is unmatched, and I want to give a shout-out to Pinky Swear, the attached record bar, so fun, with a really cool vibe. And those ribs? INSANELY delicious! I cannot wait to go back to Arkansas just to experience both places again. Both times, it was truly unforgettable, and it’s a place I’ll recommend to everyone. You can really tell that Danielle and Chef Jason pour their hearts into every detail, making each visit a truly one-of-a-kind experience, unless you’re lucky enough to go twice like me!

This is probably the most unique experience in Arkansas for dinning. When reservations are made available - they are for 3 months at a time and they are filled in a matter of minutes. The restaurant on seats about 20 people and there is one seating per evening. Customers are seated in about 15 minute increments it seemed like, so they all don't show up at once. This allow the staff and chef to provide personal attention. You get to watch the chef prepare dinner for you. Everything we had, had the most amazing flavors. This was certainly a treat!

It took us a year and a half to get our reservations and it was sooooo WORTH it!!! What a fantastic experience!! The food is phenomenal. We sooo enjoyed every course and every surprise! It was literally wonderful bites of heaven....I wanted to repeat the whole thing. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. We were celebrating my daughter's graduation from UA with her Masters and it was the perfect place and the absolute perfect meal to do it. I don't know why this place doesn't have 3 Michelin stars....it is well-deserved. Just YUMMMMMY and amazing and FUN. Wine pairing was divine. Loved hearing all about the wines and they were stupendously paired. Creativity is off the charts...food was just fresh, bright and lovely. Wish I could eat there way more often. Chef Jason and Danielle, thank you for a once in a lifetime experience. Your team and Heirloom at The 1907 is absolutely delightful!
